All our decks are 100% North American/Canadian (Great Lakes region) hard rock maple and will be lasered with our Z laser logo.
Each deck with our logo can be considered a symbol of authenticity and quality
Our decks are individually cold pressed using environmentally safe water-based glues. Cold pressing is superior to hot pressing as it reduces possibility of the deck warping. Therefore, it will last much longer.
The decks are CNC precision cut /machined which minimises scrap. Humans then finish the deck by hand sanding before the water based varnish is applied. All materials are 100% recyclable.
The shrink wrap we apply to protect the graphic is also 100 % recyclable along with supermarket carrier bags etc.
Packing to ship out; We have tested several methods & materials for packing the decks for shipping and we have found that the large bubble wrap with clear tape gives the most protection to a single/small amount of decks. This bubble wrap reusable, recyclable is made from a minimum 30% recycled content and made in the UK.
The polythene outer bag is also reusable and can be recycled at supermarkets
